SWITCH is ideaForge's first-generation hybrid fixed-wing VTOL UAV for long-range, high-altitude surveillance. Its specification table lists a weight under 7 kg, size under 2.6 x 1.8 m, more than 120 minutes of endurance, a 15 km live-transmission range on 2.4 GHz with AES-128 encryption, cruise around 13 m/s, and launch altitudes up to 4000 m AMSL. Payloads are a 25x optical-zoom HD daylight camera or a 640x480 thermal camera. The maker states testing to JSS 55555 and MIL-STD-461E. It holds DGCA type certificate T08250000001/00; on its type-certified page ideaForge lists 90 minutes maximum endurance and 2 km maximum range for the certified configuration. SWITCH V2 has since been launched.
