1. What Dronestacks is

Dronestacks is a directory and marketplace for the drone ecosystem. We publish information about products, vendors, pilots, events and regulations, and pass enquiries from buyers to vendors. We don't sell the products listed, and we are not a party to any deal between a buyer and a vendor. Prices, delivery, warranties, payments and after-sales support are agreed between you and the vendor.

Browsing and sending enquiries are free and need no account.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. If you use Dronestacks for a company, you confirm you are allowed to act for it.

3. Listings and other information

Most listings are entered by the Dronestacks team from the vendor's brochures and published material, and shown in common units so products can be compared. We work to keep them accurate, but specifications, prices, certifications and availability come from vendors and can change or contain mistakes. Confirm anything that matters to you with the vendor before you buy. Where we don't know a value, the listing says “Ask the vendor”.

The regulations section summarises official documents and links to them. It is not legal advice; always check the official source. You are responsible for flying and operating drones within the Drone Rules, 2021 and any other law that applies.

Pilots marked “DGCA RPC verified” had their Remote Pilot Certificate checked by us when they were listed. Do your own checks before you hire anyone.

4. Sending enquiries

• Give your real name and contact details, and only send genuine business enquiries.
• When you send an enquiry, you agree that we share your name, email, phone and message with the vendor or vendors it is for. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
• We may hold, limit or decline to send on enquiries that look like spam, abuse or unrelated promotion.

5. For vendors

• Information you give us to publish must be accurate, lawful and yours to share. Tell us when something changes so we can update it.
• You give Dronestacks a free, non-exclusive licence to display, reformat and translate that information, including logos, images and brochures, on the site and in material that promotes it, while you are listed.
• Use buyers' contact details only to answer their enquiry and follow up on it, and handle them lawfully.
• You can ask us to correct or remove your company or listings at any time.

We decide what appears on the site and may edit, decline or remove listings.

6. What you may not do

• Break the law, or list or ask about anything illegal to sell or operate.
• Post false, misleading or infringing content, or pretend to be someone else.
• Send spam, or use the enquiry forms to advertise or to harvest contacts.
• Copy the site's content in bulk, or scrape it, without our written permission.
• Try to break into, overload or disrupt the site, or upload malicious code.

7. Content and trademarks

The site's design, text, data compilation and the Dronestacks name and logo belong to Dronestacks. Product names, logos and brochure material belong to their owners and appear here to identify their products. Links to other websites are for convenience; we don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them.

8. No warranty

Dronestacks is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the information on it is complete or up to date. We may change, pause or stop any part of the service.

9. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows, Dronestacks is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, or for any loss arising from products, services or deals between buyers and vendors. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Dronestacks for claims and costs that arise because you broke these terms or the law when using the site.

11. Changes and ending access

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. We may restrict or end access for anyone who breaks these terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them or about your use of the site.
