About this software
AeroGCS ORANGE is PDRL's ground control software for mapping and survey flights, distributed as a Windows desktop application. Missions are planned around a chosen ground sample distance, with cross-grid, corridor (for roads, railway lines, pipelines and bridges), circular (for 3D models) and vertical (for towers and facades) survey patterns, and mission planning for VTOL aircraft as well as multirotors. After capture, a data verification tool reports image quality so gaps can be re-flown before leaving site, and images can be uploaded from the field to an AeroGCS Enterprise account for team projects. It is sold as a licence with an annual maintenance charge from the second year.
