Zypher (also written Zephyr on the maker's page) is NxtQube's drone-based inventory system for warehouses, factories, logistics centres and e-commerce storage. Drones carrying cameras and sensors scan racks and storage zones during working hours, and the software applies AI recognition with QR or barcode validation to update stock records. A central dashboard shows stock levels by rack and location, movement trends, audit trail records and alerts for shortages, excess or anomalies, and it suggests rack-space changes. NxtQube states it can sync with existing warehouse management systems through APIs and data export, and that it scales from one site to several.
