About this software
XRD-SIM is Enord's drone flight simulator for training pilots on FPV, multirotor, fixed-wing and VTOL aircraft. It runs on Windows on a mid-range PC, with optional VR headset support for depth and motion tracking. Scenarios range from city scenes to open fields with dynamic weather, and drills progress from basic to advanced manoeuvres, including mission modes for payload delivery. It records performance data so instructors can track progress, includes an integrated ground control view and custom terrain maps, and is compatible with ArduPilot. Enord reports an Indian Army order for VR drone training simulators in December 2025.
