About this product
The Agam FloRange is a small CAN-bus sensor that combines optical flow and laser distance measurement to help drones hold position and height, especially where GNSS is weak. A PixArt PAA3905E1 optical-flow sensor tracks ground movement from 80 mm upward without focal calibration, while a Broadcom AFBR-S50LV85D time-of-flight sensor with an 850 nm Class 1 laser measures distance at up to 3 kHz, with a typical range of 30 m and up to 100 m unambiguous range in dual-frequency mode. An ICM-42688-P six-axis IMU and an infrared LED for low light are built in. It runs on 5 V, weighs 9.38 g with its enclosure and measures 44.95 x 29.4 x 15.59 mm. Agam makes it in India.
